  • I help owners and company executives translate financial figures into decisions that enable profitable and controlled growth.

    The core of my work is to ensure that the company’s management and key owners have a clear and up-to-date overview of the company’s financial situation, as well as a capital structure that enables growth without unmanageable risks. I build financial models, reporting, and cash flow visibility to support management’s decision-making, enabling them to steer the business proactively.

    My work combines financial strategy, cash flow management, and practical financial management. My goal is to help companies understand the significance of financial figures in decision-making and enable them to make better decisions at the right time.

    I serve as the Head of Diagnostics at KasvunKoodi. My approach is based on systematically identifying barriers to a company’s growth across ten key areas.

    I identify factors that hinder growth and translate these findings into clear, prioritized actions that management can implement.

    My background in auditing plays a key role in how I identify barriers to business growth. Over 15 years of experience in financial auditing and internal auditing has taught me to view a company as a whole—through its structures, processes, financials, and decision-making. This provides a strong foundation for identifying the factors that practically limit growth in companies of various sizes and for reporting findings as clear and prioritized recommendations for action.

    Experience and Background

    Bachelor of Science (Accounting), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Specialist Qualification in Business Consulting.

    I have over 20 years of experience in financial management and auditing roles in both the private and public sectors. I worked for over 10 years at Ernst & Young in auditing roles, and during my career I have served as the KLT manager at an accounting firm and been responsible for the internal audit operations of a municipal consortium. 

    My experience spans small and medium-sized enterprises, family businesses, international corporations, and publicly traded companies, providing me with a broad perspective on financial management and auditing tasks across various operating environments. 

    Interim CFO – Support for Growth and Change Initiatives

    If needed, I also serve as an interim CFO, bringing practical financial management expertise to the company, such as:

    • during periods of growth and change within an organization

    • for substitute positions and other temporary staffing needs

    • in the development of financial operations

    My role is to bring clarity to decision-making at the ownership level. Together, we identify key bottlenecks to growth, break down the big picture, and build a realistic roadmap toward the next phase of growth.

    The goal is not just a plan, but measurable change: improved profitability, a clearer business model, and more predictable cash flow.

    I’ll determine what needs to be done and in what order. If necessary, we’ll utilize the VIP Start package, which allows us to quickly gain a clear picture of your business situation and ensure that obstacles to growth are identified and removed. This way, you’ll know what needs to be done and in what order.

    When necessary, we draw on a network of experienced experts to ensure that measures are effectively implemented. Our work is based on our own model of controlled growth, which provides a framework for decision-making and ensures systematic progress.

    Experience and Background

    I hold a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) degree and a specialized professional qualification in business consulting. I have conducted over 500 business consulting sessions and served as a business consultant at Business Helsinki and within the Business Espoo expert network.

    The customer satisfaction score achieved in my client work has been 4.97 out of 5 and the NPS 97 (Business Helsinki), and customer satisfaction has remained at the same level within our own company as well. 

    With over 15 years of experience in management and board roles, entrepreneurship, acting as an employer, business consulting, and financial management, I have gained a strong practical understanding of the day-to-day operations of businesses, particularly during critical phases of growth and profitability.
